Spark Fastlane makes it easy to reserve your favourite products online and pickup in-store at any Fire & Flower location. Ordering through Fastlane is fast and secure, and we always keep your personal information private.
How to use Spark Fastlane:

Sign up for/sign in to your Spark Perks account
If you haven’t already, click here and sign up for Spark Perks. This allows you to get access to Fastlane and gives you all the benefits of membership including exclusive discounts and deals and access to our members-only events and content.
Select your pickup location
Once you’re signed up, it’s time to select your desired pickup location. You can do this through the store selector, which can be found in the top right-hand side of your page (where it says “Shopping At” or “You are shopping”) or by clicking the menu (three horizontal bars) when browsing on mobile. The stock availability will adjust based on the store you select.
Browse our selection and click “Add to cart” on anything you’re interested in
You can now browse our curated selection of cannabis products and accessories. As you find items you’re interested in, click “Add to cart”.
Click the cart icon when you’re ready to checkout
When you’ve selected everything you’re interested in, click on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner to checkout.
Pro tip: Be sure you have selected the store you plan on picking your products up at! Stock availability is dependant on each individual location so be sure to triple check before placing your order.
Click “Reserve Now and Pay In-store” to submit your order
Verify that your order is correct and you’ve selected the correct store. To submit your order, simply click “Reserve Now and Pay In-store”. You’ll be returned to an order confirmation page with your order number (keep this handy, it’s how you pick up your order in-store) as well as a link and directions to your selected shop.
You’ll get two emails: a confirmation email and a ready for pickup email
You’ll receive an email confirming your order and an additional email when your order is ready for pickup.
Your order will only be held for 24 hours
You’ll have 24 hours to head down to your selected store and pick up your order. If you don’t pickup your order within the 24 hour window, your products will go back into our general store inventory. If you’ve used a promotional code, like the welcome offer, this offer will expire and you’ll be unable to redeem it again.
Don’t forget your photo ID and your order number
Make sure you have your government-issued photo ID and order number with you.
