Got a red one! It was a bit confusing for the colour temperatures as there are no instructions. Worked very well for first 3 weeks! No issues. Now it's dead. Charges fully and lights up but no cartridges work to produce vape. Purchased on Nov 4 and no longer working on Nov 30. Only last 25 days, maybe I need to lay off the pen.

So great. I love that I can make the refill cartridge last much longer as I go on the lowest settiing. I use it regularly and can last for 3 days.

Nothing comes out when I try to hit it, and gets very hot whenever it is on. I’ve also noticed a strongly concerning odour coming from the device. I am unsure of if the problem is with the body of the pen or the pod (232 Series: Black Cherry Punch - Kolab - 510 Cartridge - 0.5mL) but either way I am feeling disappointed with my order that was placed last Friday.
I dont use it a lot but a few times every day or 2 for months now and still working well. Low price tag and battery lasts a while. Buttons/Options similar to most batteries at this price range. Not a fan of the open charge port at the end tho..
